In Memory of a Highwayman

From Cycling, May 21st, 1966:

High on the Ayrshire Moors at Rowantree Toll is a newly unveiled memorial to cycling writer David Bell — “The Highwayman.”

Country-lovers turned up by car, cycle and on foot for the ceremony.
